The First Step

I joined Confreight Shipping, an agent for Hanjin Shipping, as a Management Trainee within the J.M. BAXI Group of Companies.

It was my introduction to the world of shipping and logistics and the beginning of a career that would eventually span two decades.

From Operations to Documentation

In 2007, I moved from Operations to the Documentation Department, working under another new brand, BOXCO.

This gave me a broader understanding of the business and the importance of accuracy and discipline in international trade.

Entering Sales

In 2008, I moved into the Sales Department as a Sales Executive.

This was a turning point. I began working directly with customers, understanding their requirements and developing business opportunities.

It was also where I discovered my strength in communication, business development and problem-solving.

The SJ Logistics Chapter

In 2009, I joined SJ Logistics, an SJA Group of Companies.

I began by managing a branch as a Manager, taking responsibility for business operations, customers and team performance.

I was later promoted to Corporate Cross Trade Manager, giving me wider exposure to international business and cross-trade operations.

The decade from 2009 to 2019 became a defining period of my career and prepared me for the biggest step that was yet to come.

Becoming An Entrepreneur

After years of experience in the industry, I decided to build something of my own.

On 25 December 2019, I registered 3PL Logistics India Private Limited and took on the responsibility of leading the company as its CEO.

Entrepreneurship brought an entirely different level of responsibility. Every decision, customer, employee and commitment became part of my own journey.

Building 3PL has been about creating a business with a clear focus on service, reliability and long-term growth.

Expanding Internationally

My journey has also expanded internationally through my association with Cargosol Logistics Ltd, where I serve as Director – International Sales for Cargosol Logistics Thailand Co. Ltd.

This role has given me the opportunity to work across borders and contribute to international logistics and business development.

From Management Trainee to Logistician

When I look back, I see a series of important steps:

• 2019 — Founded 3PL Logistics India Private Limited
• Today — CEO, 3PL Logistics India Pvt. Ltd. & Director – International Sales, Cargosol Logistics Thailand Co. Ltd.

Each stage shaped a different part of my professional journey.

Operations taught me execution.
Documentation taught me precision.
Sales taught me business development.
Management taught me responsibility.
Cross-trade gave me international exposure.
Entrepreneurship taught me ownership and resilience.

Somewhere along the way, Madhur Arora became known simply as someone from the logistics industry.

And that is how “Logistician Madhur Arora” became part of my identity.

I never set out to become popular or recognised. I simply focused on doing my work sincerely, solving problems and moving forward.

Leadership & the road ahead

When I look back at where I started in 2006, I realise that the journey was never simply about reaching a position. It was about taking responsibility, stepping forward when challenges came, and having the courage to build something of my own.

From a Management Trainee to an entrepreneur, every chapter shaped my understanding of what leadership truly means.

For me, leadership is not about being the person at the top. It is about taking responsibility, making decisions, standing by your team and creating opportunities for others to grow.

Today, I carry the name Madhur Arora with gratitude and the identity “Logistician Madhur Arora” with responsibility.

I started with an opportunity.
I built with perseverance.
I grew through challenges.

And today, I lead with a vision—to build businesses, develop people and create something that continues beyond me.

The first chapter was about finding my way.
The next chapter is about showing the way.

The journey that began in 2006 is still moving forward.

And I believe the strongest legacy is not what you build for yourself, but what you inspire others to build after you.
